Shipping Questions
How much is shipping?
INDIA : Free Delivery Across the Country
INTERNATIONAL: Shipping prices will be reflected at checkout depending on the shipping destination and weight of your order. At this time we do not offer free shipping for international orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
- Dispatch and tracking
The dispatch time for international orders in 5-6 days. You will receive notifications via email about the status of your orders.
*Free shipping is applied after discounts and before taxes.
CUSTOMS AND OTHER FEES
FREDDY HAWK is not to be held responsible for any custom duties, VAT fees or charges levied on the shipment. This will have to be paid by the customer. We do not control and are not liable for any additional taxes or charges levied by your country on imports (as a buyer, you are considered an importer). We have attempted to list every item to prevent any external or extra charges. However, in the rare case this does occur, the product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged and the order(s) cannot be cancelled for this reason.
How quickly do you process and ship your orders?
We take pride in offering Free shipping to India on order over ₹1999, It can take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. The processing and packing time is separate from the shipping time.
How can I track my order status?
Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to each customer with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.
Do International orders have to pay custom fees?
We have no control over custom fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees. We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major Credit cards, Debit cards, PayPal & Apple Pay.
I tried to place an order, but my payment did not go through. However, I checked my credit card statement and I see a pending charge from the store. What happened?
This is a common issue that happens to many customers. If you did not get an order confirmation email, that means your order did not go through. The pending charge on your credit or debit card just means that our system attempted to charge your card. Please give it 48 hours and that charge will disappear and the money will go back on your card.
Can I change my order once it's placed?
Although we wish we could accommodate all changes, we fulfil orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it.

What is your return/exchange policy?

I received the defective product?
We are sorry to hear this. Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority. You must notify us within 7 days of any issues with the items you receive. Claims for items damaged upon receipt must include clear photos of the damaged item to support@freddyhawk.com.

I sent an email and haven't heard back?
We respond to e-mails as quickly as we can however during high volume launches/sales please expect to hear back within 24-48 hours.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
Do you have a sizing chart?
Different products have different sizing in regard to the fitting requirement. On most of our items we usually state in the product description how the items fit. Please feel free to email us at support@freddyhawk.com for advice on sizing.
The item/size that I want is out of stock, when will it be available again?
Due to the high demand of our popular styles and sizes, they do tend to sell out quickly. We've even had some products sell out in less than few hours! While certain products are very exclusive and only released once, most of our items are restocked regularly.
Shrinking Item?
For most of our products we do recommend washing with cold water and hang drying, we would not recommend using a dryer as they might damage or shrink the items. Some products can shrink more considerably than others depending on the materials used.
I notice a scent and/or discoloration with my shirt. What should I do?
When unpacking a new garment with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. They will both disappear after the first wash.
If you receive a product with a stain - please wash it before reporting a problem.
